I am a retired worker as a Industrial Athlete
working 33 years with a leading small package delivery
In that time i have endured many work related injuries that are innate with running, lifting, sorting and stress in keeping safe and on time.
In dealing with these injuries I was able to first hand try many remedies and utilize rehab and other methods to keep my body in shape and be able to keep up with the younger generation and continue to preform my job responsibilities safely and effectively.
